Disability Determinations Training Resource System
Supporting Quality Performance in Disability Determinations
With over 275,000 medical eligibility determinations and 70,000 continuing
disability reviews each year, the NYS Division of Disability Determinations
(DDD) is responsible for making medical determinations for people who file
for the SSA's Disability Insurance and Supplemental Security Income Disability
programs.
Boosting individual and organizational performance
DDD's Training Resource System provides a range of organization development,
electronic performance support, and training services. We help DDD¹s staff
boost individual and organizational performance by providing services in three
areas: Project Management; Online Performance Support; and Building Quality
Into Work Process Training.
