Ensuring Responsiveness to our Older Citizens

One of the central goals of the state's aging services network is to ensure the availability of a responsive, comprehensive, and coordinated service delivery system for our older citizens. The network consists of SOFA, 59 county-based Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs) and community-based organizations which develops, delivers, and manages a range of health-related and social services for the elderly in a variety of community living arrangements.

What We're Doing:
Developing technology-based training modules; statewide training for aging network staff and training for central office staff.
