The Public Service Workshops Program (PSWP) is a working partnership between the N.Y.S. Governor's Office of Employee Relations, the Public Employees Federation (AFL-CIO), and the Professional Development Program, Rockefeller College, University at Albany. Funded through the negotiated Agreement between the State of New York and the Public Employees Federation, PSWP conducts needs assessment to identify emerging professional development needs, and delivers workshops to meet the needs of six broad occupational groups including health care, law/criminal justice, administration, counseling, education, and engineering.
